Part 2: Strawberry cupcakes

Long weekends are never enough. Sigh! Didn't do much.

The only baking I did was for the family. I still had two packets of dried strawberries. I made strawberry and plain vanilla cupcakes. This time I flavoured the Swiss Meringue buttercream with the dried strawberries.
